Yummi Pouch Review

Now that we are making our own baby food I am all about convience. We make all of our own for baby so far and it is so easy. I came into the problem with on the go feeding and I went to buy some of those pouches in the grocery store most of them are around $1.75 each and that's crazy! I am glad that I found Yummi Pouch reusable pouches.

This is their set of 6 that retails for $14.99. That is $2.49 each and you can use the over and over. My 10 year old also likes to use these. I find that he will eat more fruits and vegetables if they are mixed in here. I don't know if it is because homemade tastes better or if he does it because the baby does.

We recommend opening our refillable food pouch for cleaning by expanding the bottom gusset area with a long handled cooking spoon before placing in the dishwasher. Once expanded the gusset area should stay expanded for optimal cleaning.

I added our homemade applesauce that we canned. I added them to the freezer and he knows that he needs to put them in the refridgerator the night before if he wants them as a snack after school.

Now that BooBoo is 14 months I wanted to first use up all of the leftover baby food fruits so I took the colored pouches and I set out to fill each one with 2 jars of baby food.

They are super easy to fill and you can use a spoon.

I did overfill mine a little bit but I also stood them up in my freezer to store them.

When I want to use one of these at home I will put it in the refrigerator the night before. If I want to take one when we are out and about during the day I just add one into the holder in pic above and then add in the diaper bag and it is ready to eat. 

I love these are it is a huge win for us and I love them. I recommend them for anyone I cant wait to try out my own recipes.
