Like most blogger and moms I do not go anywhere without a camera. I have 2 different ones that I use. One that I use for every day that I will just throw in my purse and a Canon SLR that I use for photography. That is why I was so excited to get my Mod Strap and try it out.
A little about the owners....mod. is a mother and daughter owned business created by Jeannie Cheatham and Amber Clay. An avid photo enthusiast, Amber was searching for a new camera strap. All she found were low quality straps in limited basic styles and colors. She set out to create her own strap cover using her existing strap as the base. Choosing stylish fabrics in vibrant colors and textures, she began sewing on her grandmother’s old sewing machine with Jeannie’s help. The idea for a business was taking form.
Originally Jeannie and Amber planned to offer their camera strap covers to a local camera store, on a consignment basis. Soon they were contacted by an independent sales representative who had seen their products. He took their creations to other camera stores and found strong interest and enthusiasm.
Jeannie and Amber soon came to realize that the product photographers wanted was not simply a camera strap cover but a high quality, durable, and stylish camera strap. They began their search for a manufacturer. They were strong in their conviction that they wanted their product manufactured in the USA.
The mother-daughter team continues to design new straps and accessories for cameras. They have also expanded their product line by adding designer sleeves for laptops, tablets and e-readers as well as ID-phone cases. More product line extensions are in the works, all fashioned from a handpicked variety of fabrics, colors and textures. The response has been tremendous. mod. is now sold in stores all over the world and is also available for purchase on their website.
Throughout their journey their business has been and always will be grounded in their faith in God, family, and friends.

Babies 1st Birthday: Epiphanie Stylish Designer Camera Bag & Giveaway
In celebration of babies first Birthday month I will be featuring some fabulous giveaways this month. You do not need to be a professional photographer to appreciate this one. I love it just being a mommy photographer always taking a ton of pics.
Epiphanie was started four years ago by professional photographer Maile (pronounced Mylie) Wilson. At the time, there were no cute camera bags for women. She hated lugging around a separate, bulky man-bag. So she'd end up leaving her camera at home or shoving it into her purse wrapped up in whatever was nearby; a towel, sock, sweatshirt.
Obviously that isn't the best way to protect expensive gear. When she realized that stylish camera bags for women didn't exist, she decided to create her own line. And it was obvious that she wasn't alone in a need for them. When Epiphanie launched in 2009, there were already almost 10,000 people on the waiting list, with all kinds of funny stories about the different things they used to wrap up their cameras: diapers, pot holders, even maxi pads!
Four years later, the collection has expanded from three to twelve styles and over 60 different bags that accommodate cameras, laptops and even backpacks for men. And there's lots more to come!
I tried out their Ginger bag in the color Turquoise and this bag retails for $164.99.
This is the front of the bag and it is so beautiful. The color is so vibrant and I love it so much.
You can use this bag with the 2 handles or shown here with the cross body strap. Here is the back of the bag.
The inside of the bag is totally customizable and any of the dividers can be removed.
You can also remove all of the dividers to use this as a every day bag. I love this bag and I am so glad that I do not have to carry the square black bag that came with my camera. I can fit so much inside this bag and here is a look.
There is also a pocket on the inside that I keep extra memory cards inside. Here is a complete photo of everything I have in this bag.
I have a extra flash, 3 extra lenses, camera body with lens, custom camera strap, camera lens shade, keys, wallet, cell phone, camera cords, and the charger. I have plenty of room to add more items also.
Make sure to like them on FACEBOOK follow them on TWITTER and their INSTAGRAM and PINTEREST.
One lucky TTGG follower will be winning a bag of their choice. Ships Free in the US all others outside the US will need to pay for all the shipping costs.
