I choose 1 size larger than normal since this is a tight fitting one. I am glad I did that size M would of been hugging all my spots. I really like this shirt since we all just got new bikes and I wear this while on our bike rides. It breaths well and I do not sweat as much while wearing this. I cant wait to get a few more colors to add to my collection. They have really cute yoga pants that I would love to try. They would pair nicely in the fall on our bike trips.
